In honor of the snowstorm outside...some Shakespeare!

The Brooklyn Academy of Music is putting on The Tempest (see the NY Times Theater Review here) this season.  It runs until March 13th.  This is one of Shakespeare's most well-known plays and some say that Prospero is Shakespeare's autobiographical character! 

Anyway, it seemed applicable because it's named after a storm and NYC is currently being attacked (some would say "blessed") by a surprise snow storm!  Sledding in Central Park, anyone?

Plus, there are student rush tickets!  You just have to call after 3 pm the day of the performance and they are $10!  Here's more about their student rush policies.
