A TALK, TOUR, AND DRAWING CLASS
Friday, February 26, or Friday, March 5
Join the College Group at the Met (CGM) on Friday, February 26, or Friday, March 5, for an intimate exploration of The Drawings of Bronzino, the first exhibition dedicated to leading Italian Mannerist artist Agnolo Bronzino (1503–1572).
The event begins in the Museum's Robert Wood Johnson Jr. Gallery at 6:00 p.m. with a lecture by Curator Carmen Bambach and short tours led by CGM students. At 7:10 p.m., artists Jo Wood-Brown (February 26) and Casey Ruble (March 5) teach a drawing class featuring live models in the Carroll Classroom of the Ruth and Harold D. Uris Center for Education.
Attendance is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis. You must RSVP metcollegegroup@metmuseum.org to reserve your place in the class. This event is free with Museum admission. For more information on The Drawings of Bronzino, including sponsorship credits, see the exhibition preview.
